Keya Neal is an ABCH Certified Colorist, educator and coach. A stylist of 25 years and salon owner, Keya has been an educator and platform artist for several major brands. Keya founded the Kolour Kulture in 2015, designed to educate and empower all nationalities and cultures with unparalleled curriculums shared through various outlets - trade shows, national independent classes, seminars and Kulture Kamps. Keya is committed increasing inclusion and diversity within the beauty industry, hence, birthing her new movement and initiative, TEXTURE vs. RACE. Keya’s ultimate goal is to share the love of color with everyone and improve the overall landscape of the beauty industry.
